Closing Cost Assistance Program
If you purchase a home through me as your buyer's agent, to show you my appreciation, I will give you closing cost assistance at closing in the amount of .5% of the sales price of the home that you are buying! The assistance amount must be shown on the HUD-1 closing settlement statement and must have been approved by your lender and the seller of the property. For example, on a $200,000 home, the amount that you would receive towards your closing costs would be $200,000 x .5% = $1000.
